What's included?

Do I need to buy the lights?
No. We supply the lighting materials as part of the service.
Who owns the lights?
Aqua Lights does. We supply them, look after them, and keep them, so there is nothing for you to buy or store.
What types of lighting do you offer?
Roofline lighting with commercial-grade C9 LEDs, wreaths and holiday accents, and lighting for suitable trees, shrubs, bushes, columns, railings, walkways, and other outdoor features.
Your design
Can you customize the colors or layout?
Yes. We plan the layout around your home and what you have in mind. Warm white is our most popular look, but we offer other colors and combinations to match your vision.
How does the design process work?
Tell us about your home and the lighting you have in mind. We plan a custom arrangement, and your quote includes a personalized lighting mockup, so you can see the vision before approving your display.
During the season
What happens if a bulb stops working?
In-season maintenance is included, so you won't be troubleshooting lights yourself. Just call or text us at (919) 813-7560. Our C9 bulbs can be replaced one at a time.
After the holidays
Who handles removal?
We do. We take everything down after the holidays.
Where are the lights stored?
We store them for you in the off season, so there's nothing to keep at your home.

Do you offer commercial Christmas lighting?
Yes. We provide commercial Christmas lighting for offices, restaurants, retail buildings, parks, outdoor public spaces, and other suitable locations, with the same all-inclusive service and service area as our residential lighting. The exact design, installation scope, and pricing depend on the property.
